Role description – Independent sales representative
As an independent sales representative at SCHAGERL GmbH, you will be responsible for supporting and expanding our customer base in your region.
Your daily tasks will include advising customers, actively selling our brand products and preparing offers.</p
You will work on site in 4050 Traun, Leondingerstraße 26, as part of a full-time job on a self-employed basis. Our opening hours: MO-FR 9am-12pm and 1pm-6pm. No SATURDAY!
Ideally, you already have experience with products from our industry – career changers, for example from the carpentry, ceramics or interior design sectors, are also very welcome.
Qualifications
Communication skills: You have strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Customer focus: Experience in customer service is an advantage in order to respond to the needs of our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Sales skills: Knowledge and experience in sales are required to successfully present products and close deals.
IT and PC skills: Confident handling of standard Office programs (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to process quotations and customer data digitally.
Aesthetic flair: A good feel for beautiful materials, design and high-quality workmanship will support you in advising our customers.
Willingness to learn: You are open to new things, willing to familiarize yourself with our product world and want to develop both professionally and personally.
Personal qualities: You are characterized by independent work, problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
Pay
The job is carried out on a self-employed basis.
Earnings are exclusively on a commission basis. Details on the amount and calculation of commission are agreed transparently as part of a commercial agency agreement.
