Quadrifoglio Group, international office furniture manufacturer, is looking for a SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR NORTH-EAST GERMANY (zip codes 0, 1,38, 39, 98/99)

Quadrifoglio Group is looking for a self-employed SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR NORTH-EAST GERMANY (zip codes 0xx, 1xx, +38, 39, and possibly 98/99) who can further consolidate and strengthen our market presence and brand awareness in his/her territory.

 

MISSION:

Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and new customers
Strengthen Quadrifoglio’s brand presence with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory

YOUR TASKS:

Manage, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients in the assigned sales territory
Analyze market potential and assess existing and prospective clients
Plan and conduct regular customer visits to maximize market opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitors regarding product developments, services, and market conditions
Report regularly on customer interactions and market trends using the CRM system
Deliver product training to customers, especially during new product launches
Participate in trade fairs and industry events

YOUR SKILLS:

Commercial or technical education/degree
Native-level German; English proficiency (at least B2) is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Several years of sales experience in the furniture sector
Strong passion for active selling and building client relationships

WHAT WE OFFER:

Established client base built over 20 years in the market, including office furniture dealers, home/design furniture resellers, architectural firms, and online shops
Monthly commission based on sales generated from assigned clients
Digital and printed marketing materials to support product promotion
Training at our headquarters on production processes and product features
Support during initial client visits
Participation in major industry trade fairs (e.g., Salone del Mobile Milan, ORGATEC Cologne) to acquire new clients
Opportunity to work in a solid, dynamic, and growing company with a young and committed team
