The Cibes Lift Group (founded in 1947 in Sweden) with more than 1,700 employees is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of space-saving, vertical platform and cabin lifts in accordance with the Machinery Directive. Technically high-quality products from Sweden, with high design standards and a focus on sustainability, are the secret behind our success. Cibes Lift Germany was founded in 2018 and has been looking after the German market as a direct sales subsidiary ever since. In parallel, the German market has been served with Cibes lifts for many years via an existing dealer network.
Our lifts are developed and manufactured in our factory in Sweden and sold in more than 20 countries through our subsidiaries and a network of 200 certified dealers. The group currently generates more than 350 million euros in annual sales and brings over 10,000 new systems into circulation.

Main tasks:
• Acquisition of architects, general contractors, construction companies, property management companies and real estate developers.
• Establishment, maintenance and support of a network of repeat customers from the above-mentioned industries.
• Create tailor-made offers for specific projects and generate deals.
• Handover of projects to the regional management for technical processing.
Area coverage:
The focus is currently on the northern, eastern and southern regions of Germany, in particular on the postcode areas (ZIP) 1 (Berlin, Brandenburg), 2 (Hamburg, Bremen, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony), 7 (Baden-Württemberg) and 8+9 (Bavaria).
Required profile:
• Industry experience: Proven experience in technical sales or direct sales in construction with an existing portfolio
• Established network: Contacts with high-quality specialist retailers and defined target groups
• Sales skills:
o Proven ability to establish products that require explanation in the market.
o Ability to achieve sales in a planned manner.
