Aim of the cooperation
For further market development, we are looking for an independent sales representative / sales agent (m/f/d) for B2B sales in Lower Austria and Vienna, with a focus on property management companies.
The cooperation is long-term and is based on an attractive, sustainable commission arrangement.</p
Tasks of the sales representative
Active new customer acquisition in the B2B area in Lower Austria / Vienna
Building up and maintaining an additional customer base for Real Facility
Addressing decision-makers (property management companies, owners, property developers)
Presentation of our service portfolio
Evaluation of requirements and initial discussions with the customer
Coordination with the management when submitting offers and concluding contracts
Sustainable support for the customer relationships acquired
Operational implementation is carried out entirely by Real Facility.
Requirements for the sales representative
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the real estate or services environment
Regional market knowledge in Lower Austria and/or Vienna
Existing contacts with property management companies an advantage
Professional appearance, negotiating skills and strong negotiating skills
Understanding of quality-oriented services
We are not looking for a price salesman, but a sales partner who can argue quality convincingly
