About the role
We are currently expanding our business activities in the field of decarbonization. An important part of this is to expand our existing sales channels from large-scale plants to smaller projects for small and medium-sized enterprises in the DACH region.
The aim is to identify companies for which the electrification of heating makes economic and technical sense—and to hold initial discussions with them.
Our core technologies are:
- Heat pumps
- E-Boiler
- Heat storage
Other technologies (e.g., PV) can be considered if necessary—not as a stand-alone concept, but as a supplement within a decarbonization approach.
Industry focus: open – the decisive factors are the heat or process heat profile and the savings/decarbonization potential.
Your mission
You will take care of the preliminary sales work until the qualified handover to our technical/expert team:
- Cold calling & initial contact (phone, email, LinkedIn, network)
- Use of your existing network of contacts in medium-sized businesses
- Conducting initial discussions and needs assessments (pain points, status quo, timing)
- Qualification: Checking whether there is fundamental interest and potential
- Structured handover to our experts for technical design, economic feasibility analysis, and quotation process
What we are looking for
- Sales representative (m/f/d) or business developer with strong sales skills and a focus on B2B
- Experience in cold calling and scheduling/qualification
- Access to medium-sized companies (production, logistics, trade, food, etc.)
- Basic technical understanding (energy/heat/industrial processes)
Important: You don’t need to be a technical expert—our specialists will handle the detailed discussions. - Independent, structured way of working and clear documentation of leads
Examples of typical customer cases
- Production site wants to electrify building heating (e.g., heat pump with well/spring system)
- Food manufacturer needs steam for sterilization, potentially via electric boilers
- Company with high heat load that can use heat storage to smooth out peaks and take advantage of electricity price signals
